Qilu Pure Propylene Elastic Emulsion Paint
1. Product characteristics.
This product is made of elastic high-quality synthetic resin emulsion as the base material, using high-grade color filler, imported additives refined. The paint film is beautiful, good weather resistance, sunlight resistance and anti-cracking, the elongation rate can be more than 2 times. After applying a certain thickness (dry film thickness greater than or equal to 150 microns) with elastic putty, the coating has the function of elasticity to cover the small cracks caused by the expansion and contraction (movement) of the substrate.

The state in the container: no hard lumps, stirred in a uniform state
Constructability: no obstruction for two brushing coats
Low temperature stability: no deterioration
Drying time (surface dry): ≤2h
Appearance of coating film: normal
Contrast ratio: ≥0.87
Water resistance: 96h without abnormality
Alkali resistance: 48h without abnormality
Scrub resistance: ≥500 times
Artificial climate aging: 250h without blistering or flaking, no cracks
Chalking: ≤1 grade
Color change: ≤2 grade
Staining resistance: ≤20%
Coating temperature change resistance (5 cycles): no abnormalities
Theoretical paint volume: 4m2/kg
Dilution: water.
3. Caution.
Avoid splashing emulsion paint into eyes. If splashed in the eyes, clean with water immediately.
