1. Product features:
With fluorocarbon resin as the base material, adding a variety of weather-resistant, corrosion-resistant pigments, additives, anti-precipitation additives, leveling additives and solvents and other refined from. With long weather resistance, excellent light retention, color retention, acid resistance, oil resistance, salt spray resistance, super anti-pollution, and strong adhesion, film density, good resistance to freeze and thaw, and has a very good decorative.
2. Instructions:
(1) Purpose:
Widely used in outdoor steel structure, aluminum-plastic plate, petroleum, chemical plant pipeline, equipment storage tanks, highway guardrail, high-grade buildings and other anticorrosion and decoration.
(2) Construction requirements:
Suggested number of coating lines: two spray lines, dry film 60-80um. Two coats of primer, two or three coats of finish for general environment, more coats can be applied for special environment.
First matching paint: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron oxide intermediate paint.
Surface treatment: coating surface sandblasting or manual rust removal SA2.5 or ST3 grade. The preceding coat should be completely dry to remove all grease and debris from the film.
Construction conditions: substrate temperature must be above 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature. Relative humidity is not greater than 85%.
Mix the two components in proportion, stir well and set aside for 20-30 minutes, then stir and use.
3. Precautions:
With good paint should be used up in 8h, so as not to waste gel. Construction temperature should be above 0℃, avoid in the hot sun, sand, overcast and rainy construction. The last finishing coat should be maintained for 7 ~ 15 days before it can be used. The storage period is one year.
